Xclusive Reality was created by International co-owners Marc Bell and Warren Bromige who have set a stage for exclusive international and luxury real estate investments on the southern coastline of Costa Rica.  The partners have lived and traveled the globe a few times over and have drawn their skills together from touring with bands, building restaurants, telecommunications, IT companies and brand building to become the Modern Lifestyle Specialists of Xclusive Reality. They now bring the fine art of Exclusive Luxury Tropical Living to all that can enjoy and live the dream.

Soulea Luxury Pool Villas, Costa Rica : Constructing 2007 consists of 18 stand alone luxury pool villa units, fully turnkey equipped with state of the art luxury living…from Balinese furniture to cutting edge European kitchens each unit is private and secure with million dollar pacific ocean and jungle views.

Soulea Nuevo, Costa Rica : Ground breaking 2008 on a deserted beach in the southern pacific zone.  Project will consist of 25 luxury condominiums,ranging from 2 bedroom units to penthouse.  Restaurant and beach club activities to take place in a beautiful enclave of serenity.

Alouatta, Costa Rica : consisting of 30-40 premier luxury home sites, 80-100 cluster sustainable condo villages, Spa, international school, restaurants, shops, cinema and out door amphitheater.

Fuku, Costa Rica : Opening Nov 2007 A funky Jungle space restaurant serving global cuisine.

Marc Bell : Partner of Xclusive Reality

Born in Texas in 1970, Partnership with Barbara Buranyi Hungarian daughter of two Hungarian diplomats.
They have one daughter together as of Jan 3rd, 2007, Cora Sophie Bell

1991 Scholarship in Music to University of Colorado, Boulder, Degree in Environmental Science # 3 Environmental program in America.  Minor degree in classical and Jazz guitar- Music

Warren Bromige : Partner of Xclusive Reality

Born in the United Kingdom in 1972
Currently resident in Spain and the Islas Canarias (Canary Islands)
Married to a Venezuelan, and having a son of now 2 years, Ian Bentley Bromige

David Robinson Lamb, ASLA
Landscape Architect
Registered in the State of New York

David Lamb has been practicing Landscape Architecture since 1984. He has been active in the Eastern Seaboard of the United States but has also worked in England and in Australia. Presently he is the principal of David R. Lamb, ASLA Landscape Architecture in Oyster Bay New York working with high end residential development and institutional planning. He is also establishing a landscape Architectural office in Escazu, CR to provided comprehensive landscape architecture and land planning service for residential projects in Costa Rica. He has an undergraduate degree from Parsons School of Design (BA environmental Design 1979) and a graduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania (MA Landscape Architecture and Regional Planning 1984).

Leo Lauzon : Construction MGR for Xcluisve Reality

Born in Canada,  Graduated from ST. CLAIR COLLEGE OF APPLIED ARTS AND TECHNOLOGY in Windsor, Ontario - Architectural Technologist.

Leo's first profession job was as a Field Superintendent for a major construction contractor. After several years in the construction field Leo moved on and started his own successful general contractor business where his designs were featured in local design magazines.

In Costa Rica Leo continues with his passion for high quality construction practices and his enthusiasm for getting a job well done. With experience as an Environmental System Mechanic and a Resident Inspector with a key consulting engineering firm, Leo brings his extensive knowledge and expertise to the Soulea project.

William Miranda Quesada : General contractor

40 years construction work experience in Costa Rica. Currently living and working on the Soulea site managing the day to day work tasks and running the crew. William has built homes, condos, hotels and commercial centers in the southern zone of Costa Rica.

Ingenieri'a Cañas S.A. Is a consolidate engineering firm with in house civil, electrical, mechanical and structural engineers. At the present time the company has in house: six Civil Engineers, an Electromechanical Engineer, two Industrial Engineers, an Engineer in Systems, a Public Accountant, three Sketchers, two assistants of Personal engineering of support. The group has over 100 years of experience with a minimum graduation level of an engineering Degree, some Masters degrees.
